The villa has a spacious open plan sitting room and dining area which look out to sea across the private pool. The large kitchen is fully fitted with hand made cupboards and granite work tops. It is equipped with electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and fast spin washing machine. The villa is fully air- conditioned. All electricity costs are included in the rental price.

The master bedroom has a 5ft double bed, en-suite bathroom (bath with shower over) and balcony with views out to sea. There are two further bedrooms with twin beds (3ft) and a family shower room located between. One of these bedrooms has balcony views out to sea. A sofa bed in the sitting room sleeps two extra guests and there is a family shower room downstairs also. Outside the patio area is ideal for alfresco dining by the private swimming pool. There is a garage and outside parking space.

The villa is attractively furnished and comprehensively equipped. It includes satellite TV, DVD player and stereo radio/CD player. All bed linen and bath towels are provided and are changed on a weekly basis. A welcome pack starts off each holiday in the appropriate style.
